Recently S1 students practiced asking questions in travel situations. In the next lesson they practiced using this language in a real situation.
Half of the students played travelers. The other half were travel agents. ‘Travelers’ asked questions about travelling in Europe, while the ‘Travel agents’ used tablet computers to search a real website in English to answer all their questions.
Students had to use English to communicate with each other…
… as well as to read the website for the information they needed.
It was good practice for real life, and a lot of fun.
